Now from what it said in the book, it said that chinstrap penguins are fearless birds and are known to drive humans away by raising their beaks and flapping their wings. I'm surprised that penguin didn' do that.

penguins in antarctica aren't used to humans and have no idea what they are. they're super curious and friendly. I have friends who work tours and hang out with penguins all the time.

it could be chinstraps in a different area.
